RealtyCMS offers two ways to share projects:

Channel Management

Invite specific recipients using their email addresses. Recipients simply create a free RealtyCMS account to access the projects you've shared.

Best for: Builders, agencies, sales teams and long-term partners.

Invitation Links

Share projects using a public link. Recipients can view the shared projects instantly without creating a RealtyCMS account.

Best for: Marketing campaigns, display suites, brochures, flyers and QR codes.

Both methods allow you to update shared projects at any time, ensuring recipients always see the latest information.
