How to Add Designs to Your Builder Profile

🚀 What you’re doing here

You are adding your home designs so the system can:

• Match them to developer's lots
• Generate house & land packages
• Create brochures for your sales team

👉 If this step is set up correctly, everything else becomes automatic.

📦 What you will need

Before you start, make sure you have:

• Floor plans ready
• Lot and house dimensions prepared
• Facade images uploaded

🧱 Step 1 — Create a Design

Go to:

Builder → Profile → Edit Mode → Designs

Create a Series

1. Click + New Series
2. Enter:
   • Series Name
   • Short Description
3. Click Create Design Series

Add a Design

1. Click Add New Design Size
2. A new design will be created
3. Fill in the basic information

🧾 Basic Information

• Design Name
  Use your existing naming (e.g. Betty 21, A324)
• Floor Plan
  Upload from your computer
• Build Price

📏 Dimensions & Lot Requirements

• Lot Width
• Zero Lot Width (if applicable)
• Width (house width)
• Length (house depth)

✅ Save the Design

After entering all details:

👉 Click the green tick under the Action column to save

⚠️ Important: Publish the Design

By default, the design is saved as Draft and will not be visible.

To make it public:

1. Click Details next to the design series
2. Click Edit Facade
3. Select the correct facade
4. Click Save

👉 You can also upload additional files or images here if needed

🚀 Final Step

1. Click Edit Details
2. Change the status from Draft → Public

👉 Your design is now live and ready to be used.
